Return & Exchange Policy


Our quality check before packaging ensures that the product that you receive is of the best quality. However, in case of in transit damages or some defect in the product full refund of the amount spent is done.


You can get the refunds in your bank account within 10 working days. Our refund policy is simple and easy to understand.


Once you have paid after ordering, you can cancel anytime if you change your mind.


If the article received is not as per your need you can return it back to us. The amount paid can be adjusted by buying something else on our portal, or can request for refund.


Sudi guarantees the return of the amount paid and the liability is limited to that amount.


Items can also be returned if found defective. Returned items should be unused, should not be washed or soiled or tampered. All packing labels and manuals should be intact to get a refund.


Replacement will depend on the availability of the same product.


Combination sales items are taken as one and are replaceable whole and not in part.


We accept complimentary returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition.


Any custom duty or charges will be payable by the customer only, if applicable in their country/area.

Online wallet balance is returned back to the online balance in the wallet.


No refund/return is done after the expiry of the 14 day return/refund window.
